Mechanical pressure switch

Mechanical pressure switches include bellows, diaphragm and piston pressure switches. The mechanical pressure switch works in such a way that when the pressure increases, the bellows or diaphragm increases its volume, thus affecting the switch lever. In a piston pressure switch, a change in pressure causes the piston to move. When the pressure exceeds or falls below a set value, the movement of the pressure switch piston causes a change in the state of the switch.

A mechanical diaphragm or piston pressure switch is more resistant to overload than a bellows pressure switch. The mechanical bellows pressure switch is a universal device for non-aggressive media. It is used for smaller pressure ranges.

Poltraf's offer includes durable and stable mechanical pressure switches from the Swiss manufacturer Trafag.
