Hydrostatic probes

Hydrostatic probes are devices used to measure the level of liquids. A hydrostatic probe works by measuring hydrostatic pressure, i.e. the pressure exerted by a liquid on a probe immersed in it. The hydrostatic probe is equipped with a pressure sensor that records the liquid pressure at a given depth, which allows it to determine its level.
Hydrostatic probes are used to monitor water levels in reservoirs, which is important for the effective management of water resources, preventing overflows, and controlling industrial processes such as chemical or production processes. One of the industries in which hydrostatic probes are commonly used is the water supply and sewage industry. Thanks to hydrostatic probes, it is possible to prevent overflows, control the level of sewage in tanks and optimize treatment processes. In addition, hydrostatic probes enable remote monitoring of the sewage level, which allows for quick response in the event of a failure or irregularity.
Poltraf's offer includes economical ECL hydrostatic probes from the Swiss manufacturer Trafag. For non-standard needs, we offer hydrostatic probes from STS, which can be adapted to the strict requirements of a given application.
