The Poltraf FLOW MEASUREMENT: CHALLENGES – TECHNOLOGIES – SOLUTIONS conference was held on October 2-4. Available technologies, advantages and comments regarding individual solutions were presented by our partners: Comac Cal, Systec Controls and In-Situ (MACE). The conference was also an opportunity to celebrate the 30th anniversary of our company, which is why this year we met in Gdańsk, where Poltraf has been based since the very beginning of its operations.

The IoT module for the Flow38 electromagnetic flowmeter saves time and money.

An electromagnetic flowmeter is a device used to measure the flow of electrically conducting liquids. Electromagnetic flowmeters are widely used in the water supply and sewage industry to measure water and wastewater flow. They are also used in measuring the flow of technological water (e.g. in mines) or in the food industry (e.g. juice production, dairies). The device works on the principle of Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction and uses the phenomenon of electromagnetic induction.
