SMART BOX CONTROL is an easy-to-use controller for liquid product quantity measurement and leak detection, including hydrogen. Thanks to the 10" color touchscreen display, we gain a clear view of current inventory levels, sensor statuses, delivery history, alarms and reports.

As standard, up to 12 magnetostrictive probes or sensors (e.g. vapors, optical) can be connected to the SMART BOX CONTROL control unit and up to 32 external modules connected in parallel via RS485 to which 16 devices can be connected. In addition to measuring the inventory levels of tanks, where information such as: product filling height, product volume, product volume converted to 15*C, product temperature, water level and volume is displayed, it can also act as an overfill alarm system and a safety system controlling, for example, a shut-off valve, gate valve or other device using two built-in relays and has the ability to connect up to 32 I/O modules connected in parallel via RS485, each equipped with 8 outputs.

Access to information and system configuration thanks to the touch screen and graphical interface are intuitive.
Shortcuts to basic functions, without the need to use the menu, allow you to easily print the current tank status, delivery or warning. Alarms are always visible, even after the user has turned them off until the cause has ceased.

It is possible to create multiple user accounts with access limited to basic functions, and thanks to the login system, it is easy to check the user's activity history.

SMART BOX CONTROL allows for remote notification of alarms via e-mail, to which it sends an alert about the event, the control unit can also send an SMS via the GSM module with a notification.
The control unit, by connecting to the Ethernet network, can work in ONLINE mode, which allows remote access to the control unit via a website from anywhere in order to remotely read the current tank and sensor statuses.
The control unit has a built-in printer that allows you to print the current tank status, as well as alarms or deliveries.
