Belimo's SF damper actuators are a range of 20 Nm torque actuators with safety function for operating dampers and valves in building installations. SF rotary actuators are suitable for air dampers up to approx. 4 m2. The series includes: SFA, SFA-S2, SF24A, SF24A-S2, SF24A-SR, SF24A-SR-S2.
The SF damper actuator moves the damper into the operating position while charging the return spring. When a power failure occurs, the return spring returns the damper to the safe position. The SF series damper actuators are easy to mount directly on the damper axle using a universal mounting clamp, supplied with a tape to prevent the actuator from turning.
The SF series cylinders can be manually operated with a crank and locked in any position using a lock switch. Unlocking from the position set in this way is done by manual or
by connecting the supply voltage. The angle of rotation is adjusted using mechanical stops. The actuator is overload protected, requires no limit switches and stops automatically when it reaches the limit stop.
