FLOW55 - electromagnetic flow meter for partially filled pipes (gravity flow)

The FLOW55 electromagnetic flowmeter is a device for measuring flow in pipes that are not fully filled.

FLOW55 - Precise Gravity Flow Measurement

The Flow55 is an advanced electromagnetic flowmeter for gravity systems. Thanks to its unique dual measurement technology, measuring velocity (electromagnetic induction) and liquid level (ultrasonic sensor), the device ensures high accuracy (±1-2%) even when the pipeline is filled to approximately 10% of its volume. The precise arrangement of the measuring electrodes, located at the bottom of the flowmeter, plays a key role (photo). In practice, this means that flow can be measured at liquid levels as low as a few centimeters, allowing the Flow55 to be used in a wide variety of applications.

The Flow55 offers universal connectivity (4-20 mA, Modbus) enabling integration into existing control systems. The IoT module provides users with remote access to measurement data and immediate fault notification (via email or text message). The Flow55 electromagnetic flowmeter is the ideal solution for applications with irregular flow and pipelines that are not fully filled. It enables reliable measurement without the need for costly installation modifications
