FloPro XCi - water flow and quality monitoring

FloPro XCi can be used to monitor both water flow and water quality using the full range of In-Situ products. Whether you want to measure flow, conductivity, pH and precipitation, or use an ultrasonic level sensor to measure in open tanks, FloPro is fully customizable to your needs. Moreover, FloPro XCi can be easily connected to SCADA/telemetry systems using appropriate expansion cards.

The FloPro XCi ultrasonic flowmeter is easy to install, use and virtually maintenance-free. Using state-of-the-art MACE Doppler ultrasonic velocity and level sensors, FloPro has no moving parts and ensures minimal obstruction to flow. Ultrasonic velocity sensors along with MACE Doppler level measurement provide excellent results in a wide range of operating conditions, such as those found in wastewater and stormwater flows.

• Choose an in-line ultrasonic Doppler sensor that is suitable for solid pipes.
• Choose an ultrasonic Doppler sensor to measure flow velocity in solid pipes or open channels (in combination with a depth sensor).
• Choose an ultrasonic Doppler sensor to measure flow velocity/level in partially filled pipes or open channels.

Expansion cards for FloPro XCi

Expansion cards enable the user to effectively use all types of sensors for both water flow and water quality, and additionally easily integrate it with external SCADA systems. In addition to cards enabling the connection of Doppler level and flow velocity sensors, expansion cards for input and output signals, it also has a telemetry module, which ensures effective control through remote monitoring of operating parameters. Users can install any combination of expansion cards thanks to 5 available slots.
